SlangBridge is a free tool and dictionary that translates slang into plain English and explains slang terms, their origins, and usage. It's provided for informational and educational purposes.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site normally and lawfully. Specifically, you won't:
- Use the translator to generate, promote, or spread hate speech, harassment, or abusive content
- Attempt to hack, overload, scrape at scale, or disrupt the site
- Copy and republish our definitions and articles wholesale as your own
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
3. Our content
The definitions, articles, and original content on SlangBridge are our copyright. You're welcome to quote brief excerpts with a link back to us. You may not republish full pages or articles without permission. (The slang words themselves belong to everyone — language is like that.)
4. Accuracy — read this one
Slang changes constantly and translations are generated algorithmically. We work to keep definitions accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that any translation or definition is correct, complete, or up to date. See our full Disclaimer for details. Don't make important decisions based on a slang translation.
5. Advertising and third-party links
This site displays advertisements and may link to external websites. We don't control third-party sites or ads and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
